Register in the mobile application

First register via mobile myPick app. It should take you one minute. This is a one time action.

Add your collection location

In your residential building or office scan the QR code and complete the location adding process. It is one time action for the building. In the future you will be able to order parcels to this location.

Order delivery

Order desired product with delivery to your location.

Delivery

When the courier does not find you in the location they leave the parcel at the front desk. You can also tell the courier to do it.

Receptionist will take care of rest

Parcel is added to the virtual warehouse. Receptionist secures it physically. Optionally the clerk prints a label and adds registration code on the parcel.

You get a notification about the parcel delivery

System informs you about the parcel status in the building. You get the delivery code.

Pick up the parcel

Show the parcel code and pick-up code to the receptionist. You can share your pick-up code with others if you want them to collect parcels for you

Does the app work in the web browser?
Yes, our application is a mobile solution with web access.
How many locations I can have as a building administrator?
As an administrator you can have unlimited number of locations. Each location is a separately managed building which has its own Plan and users with access.
How many internal users can I assign to the location?
Depending on your needs you can add and remove the desired number of users for administration and reception. We recommend simplicity and transparency in the user's creation sphere.
How does the payment for the service look like?
We send a monthly invoice via email to the predefined email address.
What are the rules for subscription cancellation?
If you wish to unsubscribe, you can do so at no additional cost at any time. The subscription will be disabled at the end of the active billing period. Users will see the location as inactive. You can also request that your location data be fully deleted.
